Gabrielle Harrington "Horizons" Art Exhibition - Broughton House, Kirkcudbright

Broughton House on Kirkcudbright's High Street, home of Edward Hornel, one of Scotland's most revered artists, is once again hosting an exhibition in August in the tiny downstairs laundry room.

In previous years, Gabrielle Harrington has shared the space with old Douglas Ewart classmate, Kie Stewart, but this time she is going it alone with a series of paintings, mainly in watercolour, depicting “Horizons” from rooftops to hilltops and onwards out to sea.

The show will run from August 9 till the end of the month between Broughton House's opening hours of 12 noon to 4.30 (last admission).
